About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in lead generation for the North American market. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and Founders of tech-driven organizations.

This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone who understands IT services, software development, cloud, DevOps, and staff augmentation models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads from the North American market using outbound channels
  • Identify and engage CEOs, CTOs, Founders, and Engineering Leaders of tech companies
  • Execute outbound campaigns via:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Cold emails
    • Prospecting tools & databases
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand client pain points and map them to our service offerings
  • Schedule discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to senior sales / leadership
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and buyer behavior

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / business development
  • Hands-on experience with North American clients or prospects
  • Strong understanding of IT services / software development / staff augmentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Experience targeting CXO-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely

Good to Have

  • Experience working with US startups, mid-size tech firms, or enterprises
  • Understanding of remote staffing / offshore delivery models
  • Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling
