About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in lead generation for the North American market. The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and Founders of tech-driven organizations.
This is a growth-oriented role ideal for someone who understands IT services, software development, cloud, DevOps, and staff augmentation models.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads from the North American market using outbound channels
- Identify and engage CEOs, CTOs, Founders, and Engineering Leaders of tech companies
- Execute outbound campaigns via:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Cold emails
- Prospecting tools & databases
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Understand client pain points and map them to our service offerings
- Schedule discovery calls and hand over qualified leads to senior sales / leadership
- Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and buyer behavior
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation / business development
- Hands-on experience with North American clients or prospects
- Strong understanding of IT services / software development / staff augmentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Experience targeting CXO-level stakeholders
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Good to Have
- Experience working with US startups, mid-size tech firms, or enterprises
- Understanding of remote staffing / offshore delivery models
- Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling
