About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive who can independently manage end-to-end tech hiring as well as oversee day-to-day HR operations. This role requires someone who is confident communicating with engineering teams, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Tech Hiring)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (developers, QA, DevOps, designers, etc.)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, talent networks & referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Maintain candidate pipeline, follow-ups, and timely closures
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, documentation, onboarding & exit processes
- Manage attendance, leaves, compliance updates, and HR policies
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
- Handle performance review coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning for a remote team
People Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries
- Help build a positive, transparent, people-first culture
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to tech hiring
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and deadlines
- Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and tools
- Comfortable working 100% remote
- Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision
